Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Your African journey begins upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by a Face of Africa Adventures representative.
You’ll enjoy a seamless transfer to your luxury retreat in Arusha, with breathtaking views of Mount Meru or the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Spend the rest of the day unwinding in a serene environment, enjoying fine hospitality and preparing for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
One World Observatory
After breakfast, your private safari guide will escort you in a luxury 4×4 vehicle to Tarangire National Park, a spectacular and less-crowded gem of northern Tanzania.
Famous for its ancient baobab trees and vast elephant herds, Tarangire offers an authentic safari atmosphere. As you traverse the park, you’ll encounter diverse wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest, along with predators such as lions and elusive leopards.
Pause midday for a gourmet picnic set in the heart of the wilderness. In the afternoon, continue your immersive game drive, guided by expert insights into animal behavior and ecology.
As evening approaches, arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp. Enjoy a relaxing sundowner followed by an elegant dinner beneath the African sky.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha
One World Observatory
Begin your day early with a scenic journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife destinations.
Within this natural caldera, you’ll find an incredible concentration of wildlife, including endangered black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalos, hyenas, and hippos. The crater’s soda lake is often adorned with flamingos, adding vibrant color to an already breathtaking landscape.
Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch near a hippo pool before continuing your exploration. In the afternoon, ascend the crater and return to Arusha.
You will then be transferred to the airport or your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
