Welcome to Face of Africa Adventures. By booking a tour, safari, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Company Overview

Face of Africa Adventures is a tourism and travel company specializing in African safaris, cultural tours, adventure travel, and customized holiday experiences across Africa.

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Face of Africa Adventures.

  1. Bookings and Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • The person making the booking confirms they have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers in the group.
  1. Payments
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment must be completed before the tour start date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may be subject to change due to park fees, fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.
  1. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date.
  • Some services (such as permits, flights, accommodations, and park fees) are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

  • Face of Africa Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.
  • In such cases, clients will receive a refund or credit for future travel, excluding non-recoverable costs.
  1. Changes to Itineraries
  • We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, safety, or operational reasons.
  • Any changes will be made in the best interest of our guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  1. Travel Insurance
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.
  • Insurance should cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal belongings.
  • Face of Africa Adventures is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance.
  1. Health, Safety, and Fitness
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in tours and activities.
  • Certain tours involve physical activity and travel in remote areas.
  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
  1. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
  • Face of Africa Adventures is not liable for denied entry, delays, or additional costs resulting from incomplete documentation.
  1. Liability and Responsibility
  • Face of Africa Adventures acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators, and activity suppliers.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, wildlife, political unrest, or mechanical failures.
  • Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
  1. Wildlife and Adventure Activities
  • Wildlife encounters are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Guests must follow guide instructions at all times to ensure safety.
  • Face of Africa Adventures is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, local communities, wildlife, and fellow travelers.
  • We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
  1. Photography and Marketing
  • Face of Africa Adventures may use photographs or videos taken during tours for marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us in writing before your tour.
  1. Complaints and Feedback
  • Any complaints should be raised with the tour guide or company representative as soon as possible during the trip.
  • Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days after tour completion for review.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Face of Africa Adventures is registered.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable legal jurisdiction.
