Amboseli Park romantically situated in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro about 265 Kilometers/ 159 Miles from Nairobi. Driving time from Nairobi to Amboseli is 4 ½ Hours by road. Visitors can expect to see Elephants, Thomson and Grant’s gazelles, lions, cheetahs and leopards, bat eared fox, mongooses, porcupine, giraffe and yellow baboon among the many indigenous species
Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel to the Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive follows. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Lions, Cheetah to Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons. Starts with breakfast followed by a morning game drive in the park. Amboseli offers opportunities such as viewing Large Herds of Elephants, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Big Five, visiting the Observation Hill which allows an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and elephants, Swamp below observation hill hosts many elephants, buffaloes, hippos and a variety of water fowls like pelican, Egyptian goose, Contemporary Masai culture and indigenous lifestyle.
After lunch a game-drive follows. Optional visit to a Masai village is available as this is the home of the Masai people. Here you learn about their tribal social systems, customs and the place of the Masai in today’s Africa.The residents live in their Manyatta, or village, much as they have for centuries and a visit gives you the opportunity to see the interior of these mud-hut homes, spotless and unadorned, contrasted with the Maasai themselves, bedecked with brilliantly colored beads and cloths.Dinner and overnight at Kibo Camp www.kibosafaricamp.com/

It was a wonderful experience. We found a perfect organization with a very professional guide Shafi. We enjoyed a lot every single day watching a lot of animals and amazing landscapes.

4 days 3-night Camping Safari, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti. I found Face of Africa online and contacted Hamadi to book. You transfer 30% of the cost in advance and then pay the rest on arrival.
GOOD BUDGET SAFARI!, We booked a safari with Hamadi and it was just awesome! He organized not even the tour for us; he even helped us with bus tickets to Dar es Salaam.
