He takes pride in handing down his knowledge to others and if you are lucky to have him for the guide you simply cannot resist his professionalism and charm. When it comes to birding you can only wonder if there is a bird he does not know”.

No matter what your interest, whether watching Tanzania’s famous big five or viewing a kaleidoscope of bird life, I am able to share a wealth of knowledge about Tanzania’s wilderness. However, with so much to learn about the African bush I never stop learning, as you never know what another safari adventure will bring!

Hi, My name is Jessica and I am a travel consultant here at Face of Africa Adventures. I am originally from the UK, however I have been living in Tanzania for over 5 years. I am passionate about wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism, which I have gained through my degree in Environmental Studies. My favourite parts of Tanzania are of course the national parks, such as Tarangire, Serengeti and Ruaha, with other highlights being a boat safari on the Rifij River in Selous game reserve, and flying over Ngorongoro conservation area. However, visiting Gombe National Park to visit Jane Goodall’s home in the 1970’s, and seeing the chimpanzees and primates that live there, was a truly magical experience! Tanzania is an incredible place to visit, with so much wildlife diversity, the warmest people I have ever met, palm tree lined sanding beaches and a rich history - I feel lucky to be able to share with others my knowledge and experiences about this amazing part of the world.
