Arrival Day; Airport To Arusha:

Destinations: Tarangire National Park, Central and North Serengeti National park and Ngorongoro Crater.

This ten days migration safari offers great opportunity to encounter and experience the largest migration of wild animals on earth surface moving in great accord in search of green pastures and water across the vastness plains of the central to North Serengeti National park via western corridor between the months of June to October during dry spell. The wildebeest migration move further crossing through the dangerously Grumeti river where giant Nile crocodiles dwells and settle in Maasai Mara game reserve in Kenya, the extension to Serengeti ecosystem before commencing back through the north east and further to southern Ndutu plains of Serengeti and Ngorongoro for calving season between Late January to early march. This is the most amazing and surprising circular movement consisting of more than two million wildebeests, Zebras in conjunction with hundreds to thousands angulates animals accompanied by fearless predator animals like Lions, Cheetahs and hyenas that follow from behind and side to side feasting on exhausted and careless preys. Accommodations are in Mid-Range luxury tented camps constructed in the right migration trails offering the best wild comfort that will totally make you fall in Love with Tanzania.

  • Day 0: Arrival At Kilimanjaro International Airport To Arusha

    Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport, you will be warmly greeted by your driver guides, after short introduction you will be offered bottles of mineral water followed by a private transfer to Arusha for Overnight at Gold Crest Hotel

  • Day 1: Arusha To Tarangire National Park For Game Drives

    In the morning after healthy breakfast from the kitchen of professional Cooks, you will embark to Tarangire national park for authentic photographic game drives and game drives. Tarangire is Tanzania's third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are also an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Your photography game drives may reveal lions, giraffes, wildebeest, elephants, Zebras, wildebeests and much more. Lunchboxes shall be served to you by your driver guide at the picnic site inside the park with some rest before proceeding with photography game drives. Later after amazing hours of exploration and authentic shots of nature and its content, you will exit the park and drive to Karatu for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight at The Retreat at Ngorongoro

  • Day 2: Tarangire To Serengeti Np Via Ngorongoro Conservation Area

    This morning, your drives takes you to the Serengeti national park via the "eighth wonder of the world", popular Known as the Ngorongoro. Your driver guide shall be stopping in some if the beautiful views overlooking the crater for viewing and sightseeing. Animals like Giraffes, Elephants, Wildebeests, Gazelles, Zebras, Lions, and Buffaloes may be revealed in Ngorongoro. Optional On your way, you can either decide visiting the Oldupai Gorge site for a museum tour. This is an archaeological museum where the remains and signs of the first man which were Discovered by Dr Leakey and Marry Luice are preserved. Or you can visit Maasai Boma in Ngorongoro Conservation for an authentic cultural tour with the Maasai people. On crossing the border, picnic lunches will be served to you followed by game drives en route to your Camp for Dinner and Overnight.Matawi Camp.

  • Day 3-4: Full Day Game Drives In Central Serengeti National Park

    After breakfast depart with your packed lunches for the “Great Serengeti game drives”, likely the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. The vast Serengeti plains cover an area of over 14,763 square kilometres and derived its name from Maasai Language meaning endless plain. This massive plain is home to many animals including Lions, Elephants, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Leopard, and Cheetah, warthogs, Hyena plus a lots and lots of bird life live here. In many cases migration is taking place around Serengeti and at that particular time millions of wildebeest and zebra mingle together followed by predators. Our professional safari guide will lead you through the right trails and amaze you his skills in locating and interpreting wildlife behaviors and their lives in general making sure you have the best time to enjoy these great phenomenon. Dinner and Overnight at Matawi Camp.

  • Day 5-7: Full Day Game Drives In North Serengeti National Park

    Optional activity: Serengeti Hot Air Balloon Safari, Later, Carry on Game Drives, These days will be arranged accordingly, your driver guide will discuss with you the best timings for your breakfast and game drives. For example, you can decide either to leave for game drives with your packed lunches or return to the camp for hot lunch and finish with late afternoon game drives. Serengeti national park encompasses some of the Africa`s most dramatic scenery and is one of the greatest of the world`s wildlife sanctuary. In June-October, the wildebeest congregate in great number in the Western Corridor and Northern part before crossing the river full of Giant Crocodiles. Where there are herbivores, Carnivores are just behind patrolling for their next kills, it`s not so uncommon to see prides or lions making ambush on buffalo bull or Leopard dragging its prey on a tree, or aerial hunters (Vultures) surveying the plains and Hyenas competing on Cheetah`s abandoned kill.   • Day 8: Game Drives In North Serengeti En Route To Central Region.

    Early in the morning, embark on game drives to see the nocturnal animals coming back from hunting and animals waking up, after fine morning game drives, return back to the camp for healthy breakfast and some rest before leaving for another full day game drives in en route to Central Serengeti. Dinner and Overnight at Matawi Camp.

  • Day 9: Game Drives In Serengeti, Overnight In Ngorongoro

    Every day is a new day in Serengeti with different amazing series of events. After breakfast, you will leave the camp/lodge with your packed lunches for another memorable day towards the Ngorongoro conservation area. On this day still you will have a great opportunity to explore the Serengeti ecosystem with great possibility to spot any other animals that you did not see in your first days. Lunchboxes shall be served to you at the picnic point followed by a further game drive to famous Ngorongoro conservation area for Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Tortilis Tented Camp

  • Day 10: Game Drives In Ngorongoro Crater. Later, Drive To Arusha

    Early in morning and after breakfast, leave the lodge with your packed lunches ready for another exciting day. Today your expert safari guide will lead you down the Ngorongoro crater for a wonderful photographic game drives. The Ngorongoro crater is the 8th wonder of the Natural World, spreading over 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah's ark like, it is inhabited by almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa including the rare and endangered black rhinos, other animals that can be revealed on your game drives are Elands, Lions, Waterbucks, Wildebeests, Hyenas, jackals, African Elephants, Buffaloes, Secretive leopards, Cheetahs, hippos and many more alongside hundreds of bird species eg. Maasai Ostrich, Kori bustard, Ibis, Starlings etc. Lunchboxes shall be served to you at the picnic point inside the crater. Later ascend the crater walls and drive back to Arusha.
