Pick up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning and depart for Samburu National Reserve by road driving past Mt Kenya located on the Equator. Upon arrival in Samburu enjoy a short game en-route at Samburu Sopa Lodge or similar.Check in and lunch follows. An afternoon game drive is planned in the park where unique resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich can be seen.Overnight at Sarova Shaba
Early morning breakfast at your lodge then depart Samburu Game Reserve with a game en-route to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch and check in at Lake Nakuru lodge or similar. Late afternoon, proceed on a game driveS in the park famous for great masses of Flamingos, both white Rhino and black rhino etc.Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill
After breakfast, depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve stopping at Narok town for re-fuelling. Arrive in time for lunch and after a brief siesta, proceed on a late afternoon/early evening game drive in the reserve, home to the “Big five” …elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo and rhino as well as cheetah, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, hippo, impala, gazelle and numerous other wildlife including various species of birds. This morning you will be a wakened at dawn and after a cup of tea or coffee you’ll set out at sunrise on an early morning drive. The Mara is magical in the morning: the birds are singing, the morning air smells fresh and cool, and the wildlife is just waking up to greet the day. Zebra’s frolic and greet each other, a pair of jackal’s prance through the grass in search of mice or a rabbit. Baboons charter noisily and giraffe watch you as they nibble on their breakfast of acacia leaves. you may even come across a family feeding together on last night’s kill, or a leopard snoozing on a tree. Return to the lodge for breakfast followed by a further game drive. Lunch at the lodge then a leisure breaks during which you can visit a cultural Masai village to learn the life of typical Maasai Community. Wind up the day with a late afternoon / early evening game drive, returning toMara Sarova for dinner and overnight
After early morning game drive, return to camp for breakfast then check out of the camp and drive to Nairobi arriving in the evening. Spend the night at Sarova Panafricfor dinner and overnight.
Morning at leisure depending on your flight schedule, check out at the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
