How To Get There

Queen Elizabeth National Park is easily accessible by both road and air. By road, it’s approximately a 6–7 hour drive (about 400 km) from Uganda’s capital, Kampala, via Mbarara and Bushenyi. The roads are mostly paved, making the journey scenic and comfortable. For a quicker option, daily scheduled and chartered flights are available from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airstrip to airstrips within or near the park, such as Mweya or Kasese.
