Face of Africa Adventures<\/b><\/p>

Welcome to\u00a0<\/span>Face of Africa Adventures<\/b>. By booking a tour, safari, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Company Overview<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Face of Africa Adventures is a tourism and travel company specializing in African safaris, cultural tours, adventure travel, and customized holiday experiences across Africa.<\/span><\/p>

    These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Face of Africa Adventures.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Bookings and Reservations<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
      • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/span><\/li>
      • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.<\/span><\/li>
      • The person making the booking confirms they have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers in the group.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        1. Payments<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
          • A deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/li>
          • Full payment must be completed before the tour start date, as specified in your booking confirmation.<\/span><\/li>
          • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation without refund.<\/span><\/li>
          • Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may be subject to change due to park fees, fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            1. Cancellations and Refund Policy<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              Client Cancellations<\/b><\/p>

              • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.<\/span><\/li>
              • Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date.<\/span><\/li>
              • Some services (such as permits, flights, accommodations, and park fees) are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                Company Cancellations<\/b><\/p>

                • Face of Africa Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.<\/span><\/li>
                • In such cases, clients will receive a refund or credit for future travel, excluding non-recoverable costs.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Changes to Itineraries<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                    • We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, safety, or operational reasons.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Any changes will be made in the best interest of our guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                      1. Travel Insurance<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                        • Comprehensive travel insurance is\u00a0<\/span>mandatory<\/b>\u00a0for all travelers.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Insurance should cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal belongings.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Face of Africa Adventures is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          1. Health, Safety, and Fitness<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                            • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in tours and activities.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Certain tours involve physical activity and travel in remote areas.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                              1. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                • Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.<\/span><\/li>
                                • Face of Africa Adventures is not liable for denied entry, delays, or additional costs resulting from incomplete documentation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                  1. Liability and Responsibility<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                    • Face of Africa Adventures acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators, and activity suppliers.<\/span><\/li>
                                    • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, wildlife, political unrest, or mechanical failures.<\/span><\/li>
                                    • Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler\u2019s own risk.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                      1. Wildlife and Adventure Activities<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                        • Wildlife encounters are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Guests must follow guide instructions at all times to ensure safety.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Face of Africa Adventures is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                          1. Code of Conduct<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                            • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, local communities, wildlife, and fellow travelers.<\/span><\/li>
                                            • We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                              1. Photography and Marketing<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                • Face of Africa Adventures may use photographs or videos taken during tours for marketing purposes.<\/span><\/li>
                                                • If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us in writing before your tour.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                  1. Complaints and Feedback<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                    • Any complaints should be raised with the tour guide or company representative as soon as possible during the trip.<\/span><\/li>
                                                    • Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days after tour completion for review.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
